Hello, I'm Stephanie
Stephanie is a first-time author from southeastern Wisconsin. She’s an ambivert who listens to Opera while writing and sings 1st soprano in her local choir. She loves to travel with her two sweet boys and reads self-help books for fun. Most mornings you can find her outside going for a run in the neighborhood or sipping on a decaf mocha at a local coffee shop. She is known for her passionate personality and telling it like it is. She is a strong believer in the ripple effect. She believes that if we moms can do the work it takes to find that calm and heart-centered place inside ourselves, we can make a difference in the lives of our children. We can raise children who value their true selves and find worthiness in who they are as people, simply because they have moms who are fully committed to the same. Her mission as a Life Coach is to help divorced mom entrepreneurs learn how to stop letting their relationships with their ex impact their connection with their kids.
I know you’re feeling overwhelmed as a mom. You’re expected to do #allthethings. You’re expected to do them well and do them all. the. Time.
You want to feel calm. You want to stop yelling at your kids and start showing up as the mom you know you can be.
I’ve been there. I never thought that my kids would evoke so much anger in me. After becoming a mom, I didn’t recognize myself anymore.
I gave them all of me. And expected to find joy in giving over my identity to my children.
I used to wake up angry and resentful. I used to yell at my kids when they didn’t listen. I used to cry after putting my kids to bed because I felt like a complete failure as a mom.
What I’ve learned is that in order to show up for my kids, I need to show up for myself first.
I help moms go from overwhelmed to in control by giving them a place to start, and practical tips to take action towards aligning with their true selves and create a life they love without feeling guilty in the process.
And now I DO show up for myself. And I help my fellow mamas learn how to do the same.

We are all in this together and no one should have to feel alone. It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey.
My goal is to create a platform where other like-minded moms can come together to learn new information, rediscover the best version of themselves and just have a place where they feel welcome and supported.

The purpose of this group is to have a safe space where we can all support one another as well as a place of learning with love.
I have found the journey through co-parenting to be one of the most challenging experiences of my entire life.
I’m also so grateful for it.
I love seeing confident women help each other to succeed by lifting each other up. I love seeing moms living in alignment with their most authentic and true selves. I love seeing moms be the best role model they can for their kids and I love seeing the benefits for both the mom and the kids.
I strongly believe everyone deserves to be happy. I strongly believe everyone can create a life they love and live in a place of worthiness. I strongly believe in the ripple effect.
This journey has taught me so much about myself and allowed me to see the world from a whole new perspective.
We love to have you be a part of our co-parenting with calm community!
