Hey beautiful mama!

I  have invested the last year (well, a little over a year) writing my first book and I’m so excited to share it with you!

I wrote this book because I believe that, as moms, we deserve to feel joy. We deserve to feel empowered. We deserve to live in a place of worthiness and to create a life we love. I realized the direct correlation between how I feel about who I am and the impact that has on how I show up as a mom to my two boys.

Most of us learned how to be a mom from watching other people; our own moms, our sisters, our friends, and other moms.

But when we don’t take the time to get quiet and ask ourselves questions about what we value and what kind of mom we want to be, we function on auto-pilot and default to the way we’ve always been.

This book will help moms go from overwhelmed to in control by giving them a place to start; practical tips to take action towards aligning with their true self and create a life they love without feeling guilty in the process.

An excerpt from the book:

“I am a strong believer in the ripple effect. I believe that if we moms can do the work it takes to find that calm and heart-centered place inside ourselves, we can make a difference in the lives of our children. We can raise children who value their true selves and find worthiness in who they are as people, simply because they have moms who are fully committed to the same.

Through the power of example, we can teach our children to operate from a growth mindset, knowing anything is possible for them. We can show them how to love themselves, create their own happiness, set boundaries and take care of their whole selves. We can help them understand the importance of structure and routine, while leaving room for creativity and laughter. They will understand all of these things because they learned it from watching you.”

Let’s work together and create a world where moms support and lift each other up instead of judging and comparing. I believe everyone can create a life they love and I believe that doing so creates a positive and lasting impact on our children.
